As part of our new home for The Flourish Market at Raleigh Iron Works, we will also be opening a gorgeously designed hub for triangle based women to work, connect, and collaborate.
Our coworking space will have it's own footprint and entrance, and will be an inspiring place to work. Think fun + colorful + feminine furniture, upscale lighting, lovely wallpaper, and floor to ceiling windows. Yes, it's going to be LIT!

We've heard that it’s hard to find values-aligned female friends who want to talk about dreams + purpose + living a joy-filled life vs. sitting around and talking negatively about other women (eroding your trust).

Meet the Founder
When Emily is not helping her clients flourish, you can find her paddle boarding and kayaking, crafting killer cocktails, traveling the world with her wife, and being an overly obsessed dog mom to her sweet pittie and 2 (ridiculously wild) GSP’s.
I’m a professional community creator + a professional hype girl for women. While I have several avenues through which I do that which you can read about here, my favorite thing to do - whether I’m in a group of close friends, or showing up on the internet for our “Flourish Fam” is this:
Talk about the hard things we come up against as women and put them out in the open… addressing them with truth, a little kick in the pants inspiration, and hopefully with a good amount of shared laughs.
Because life is not always easy (at least in my experience). Life is also absolutely amazing - but I think in a world where highlight reels are on full display sometimes we can forget the context of what we’re up against.
So, I like to talk about that. And equip us all with the tools (+ safe community!) to navigate our way into our greatest alignment, purpose, and joy.

We will not have offices as only members will be allowed into our space. We have two sound proof phone booths that can be pre-reserved online. We encourage you to use your coworking days for no (or light) call days!
Will there be offices to host meetings? What about taking confidential calls?

You'll have an access code that will allow you to arrive as early as you'd like, and depart as late as you'd like Mondays - Fridays. Our staff will be available 10am - 7pm. Weekends are available as long as there's not an event being hosted in the space.

We've got *super* high speed internet, and a printer that you can use at your disposal. We'll have a fridge where you can store your lunch + snickity snacks. We'll also have complimentary coffee + tea (and makers if you like your own).

Our coworking space will have a flexible “choose your seat throughout the day” work environment. Whether you want to sit at a traditional desk, a high top bar table, a cozy chair, or at a small restaurant-like table with a new friend over lunch…the choice is yours! We'll be asking you to help us pick out our fixtures, wallpaper, kitchen design, furniture - you name it. :)
We also look forward to introducing you to your new fellow community hub members before we ever open our physical space.
